Tulisoft was engaged by Creative Mindze Pvt. Ltd. to remotely evaluate, migrate, and modernize their IT infrastructure. The objective was to build a secure, scalable, and cost-effective environment while enabling reliable remote workforce access and ensuring business continuity.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:

• Infrastructure Evaluation & Migration

  • Reviewed legacy setup running on Worldstream (CentOS 8 with KVM & Windows VMs).

  • Successfully migrated workloads to Hyper-V and Proxmox, splitting large VMs for optimized performance.

  • Implemented customized Windows VMs using VMware Horizon Optimization tools.

• Firewall & Security

  • Deployed Sophos Firewall VM as the central gateway.

  • Configured private IP access, firewall policies, and port forwarding for services (SQL, IIS, Kafka, Cassandra).

  • Secured environment with ESET for servers and Sophos Home for employees.

• Remote Workforce Enablement

  • Implemented RemotePC & ScreenConnect so all employees accessed systems securely through the firewall.

  • Configured Hyper-V/Proxmox VMs per employee requirements (mainly Windows 11).

• Cloud & Hosting Migration

  • Evaluated SLA, performance, and cost across providers.

  • Migrated infrastructure to Hetzner Cloud, leveraging virtual switch networking for connecting multiple hosts across locations in a unified LAN segment.

  • Transitioned company websites from Wix → WordPress → Hostinger shared hosting.

• Application & Database Deployment

  • Deployed Kafka, Cassandra (RHEL 8), SQL Server, and IIS for production and development use.

  • Configured Sophos for public IP access and performed SQL backup restoration when needed.

• Backup & Monitoring

  • Designed and implemented a new backup strategy using iDrive & iDrive360 for VMs and SQL servers.

  • Deployed ManageEngine Desktop Central for inventory/patching and Application Manager for real-time service monitoring.

• Email & Collaboration

  • Evaluated Office 365 vs. Google Workspace, finalized Office 365.

  • Migrated users from legacy hosting email to Office 365 via IMAP/SMTP with minimal downtime.

• Vendor & Legal Management

  • Coordinated with multiple vendors for licensing, cloud services, and software procurement.

  • Ensured SLA compliance and reviewed consumer/business laws (EU & international) for dispute readiness.

  • Defined 1-hour SLA response time.

  • Provided ongoing remote support for employee systems, troubleshooting, and server management
